A unique pisco tasting experience and discussion lead by renowned pisco sommelier Lucero Villagarcia and author of the book "The Magic of Pisco". Lucero Villagarcia will uncover for our guests the fascinating history and production of the oldest distilled spirit of the Americas. Each guest will taste and learn about the three different types of pisco (puro, acholado & mosto verde), its denomination of origin, the use of the eight pisco grapes in its production, historic pisco recipes, and the close relationship between wine and pisco. The tasting experience will be a fantastic way for educating on all things pisco whether you are a first time pisco drinker or a pisco aficionado and would like to learn more.
Guests will enjoy mouth-watering cocktails at the interactive pisco brand stations specially designed for the event. Each pisco brand station will serve as a meeting point to taste, learn and understand the singularities of their pisco flavor profiles. An experience that will allow you to heighten your understanding of quality, class and to differentiate the various types of aromatic and non aromatic piscos in the market.

La Pandilla Pisco; a group of pisco mixologists from New York will perform a pisco cocktail extravaganza, taking pisco cocktails to another level of craft. A lively demonstration to show both professional and home bartenders how versatile cocktails are with one of the most versatile spirits in the world, Pisco.
Enjoy a special musical performance of colorful mysticism and passion by the band Festejation playing a perfect cool blend of musica criolla, psychedelic cumbia and afroperuvian music.
Lucero Villagarcia is world recognized Pisco Sommelier and the author of “The Magic of Pisco” (2014) and “A Guide on Pisco”(2018). Her books have been presented in several cities across Peru as well as in Paris and Washington. In 2015, she received an award for “The Magic of Pisco” by the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards, an international event that congregates participants from all over the world and is considered to be the Oscar’s of the food and drinks industry. In July this year, she will be traveling to Macao, China, to receive another award by the same prestigious organization for her book “A Guide on Pisco.” Lucero is already working on her third book, the “Terruños del Pisco,” which will be published this year by the San Martin University.
